Mount Vernon, OH (March 2, 2021)
Thank you for your continued support of The Living Center during the Coronavirus COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. Every day I am so impressed and thankful for the dedication by the term at The Living Center in making everyone safe and comfortable.
The Living Center monitors the best practices in response to the COVID-19 virus, especially with the administration of the COVID-19 vaccination and will continue to monitor future developments.
It continues to be the policy of The Living Center that should a Resident contract the Coronavirus COVID-19 diagnosis, the Resident must be transferred to a Skilled Nursing Facility, or upon the Resident’s decision, temporarily transfer to a family member’s residence for recovery.
The Living Center will be offering inside visitation again effective March 1, 2021. The visitation appointments need to be made through the front office during business office hours.
The visitations will be available seven (7) days per week from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitations will be for a time period of up to thirty (30) minutes. Staff will clean the visitation area. All visitors must complete a health screening upon arrival at the front entrance. A maximum of two (2) visitors will be permitted and children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
The location of the visit will be directed by the Facility Representative. Face masks must be worn and social distancing must be observed. The Living Center reserves the right to end a visitation due to a failure to follow these practices and those persons involved must leave the building.
The Living Center looks forward to your visit and asks for your cooperation to keep everyone as safe as possible.
